RJ Mahvash Clarifies She’s Not Dating Yuzvendra Chahal

Mumbai, Jan 10: RJ Mahvash, rumored to be dating cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal amid reports of his divorce from actress-choreographer Dhanashree Verma, has dismissed the speculations as “baseless” and urged people to let others live in peace. The rumors began after Chahal was recently spotted with a mystery woman, whose photo quickly went viral. Some Reddit users identified the woman as RJ Mahvash, fueling the rumors further.

Responding to the claims on her Instagram story, Mahvash clarified that she is not dating Chahal and indirectly criticized Dhanashree’s PR team for allegedly dragging her name into the controversy.

“Some articles and speculations have been circulating around the internet. It’s literally funny to see how baseless are these rumours. If you get SEEN with an opposite gender, so you are dating that person? I am sorry what year is this? And how many people are you all dating then?” Mahvash asked.

She added, “I have been patient since 2-3 days now but I won’t let any PR teams drag my name into this to cover up other people’s image. Let people live in peace with their friends and family in tough times.” However, she did not mention clearly that she wasn’t the one who was seen in the viral photo with Chahal.
