ED Raids Shilpa Shetty’s Hubby Raj Kundra In Pornographic Content Linked Money Laundering Case

New Delhi, Nov 29: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday raided the premises of businessman Raj Kundra, the husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, and some others as part of a money laundering case linked to alleged distribution of pornographic content, official sources said.

According to reports, around 15 locations in Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh are being searched.

They said the probe pertains to the role of suspects in alleged distribution of pornographic content through mobile applications and other modes.

Previously, the Supreme Court on December 13, 2022, granted anticipatory bail to businessman Raj Kundra and others, including actress Sherlyn Chopra and Poonam Pandey, in connection with an FIR against them for allegedly distributing pornographic videos.
