A person threw ink on 5T Secretary VK Pandian and Puri Collector Samarth Verma at Satyabadi in Puri district today.
According to sources, the two IAS officers were reportedly attacked with ink while they were attending an event at UGS College at Satyabadi.

After the ink attack, people from all sectors condemned the act.
“People of Odisha believe in peace and harmony. They will never tolerate such act, which put the values and culture of our state in jeopardy. Our Women, the Naari Shakti stepped in immediately to take care of 5T Secretary Shri VK Pandian who was attacked with inks at Satyabadi while at work for the people. That shows their love and affection for a person who works for them round the clock,” said Rajya Sabha MP Manas Mangaraj.
The peace-loving people of Odisha, including our Mothers are watching this and will give a befitting reply to the perpetrators, he added.
